We’ve teamed up with St Nicholas Hospice to create a London Dry Gin (42%) distilled with bitter orange peel, basil and thyme that celebrates their 40th year.
St Nicholas Hospice care provides high-quality, specialist palliative care, emotional and practical support so that no-one in our community has to face dying, death and grief alone.
£9 for the sale of each bottle will be donated to St Nicholas Hospice Care to help fund their invaluable help and support.
Humber Doucy Brewery have also released a version of their own beer Beacon that celebrates St Nicholas Hospice 40th year or ruby anniversary. This rich and complex red ale was made using a blend of crystal and rye malts paired with a specially chosen citrussy hop mix.
